2 charged with attempted murder in Rock Hill shooting

A man and woman have been charged with attempted murder for their involvement in a Rock Hill shooting that occurred earlier this week.

Rock Hill Police say Jasmine L. Lindsay, 23, and Ricky T. Dockery, 26, both shot 21-year-old Jeremiah McClure in the BP parking lot on Albright Rd. around 10:30 pm Wednesday evening. McClure is currently at CMC in Charlotte undergoing treatment.

The two suspects were arrested by York City Police Friday evening and transported to the Rock Hill Jail. They will have a bond hearing sometime this weekend, according to police.

The shooting was the result of an argument the trio were having in the parking lot of the BP gas station.  Police say an infant was in the suspects car during the shooting and that Lindsay faces an additional charge of unlawful conduct toward a child. Dockery is also charged with possession of a firearm during a violent crime.
