ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE)-- Three people have been taken into custody in connection to a double homicide that took place in February, accortding to the Alexander County Sheriff's Office.
Robert Bryan Hoover, 36, Adam Thomas Morgan, 20, and Brandy Lynn Miller, 28 were arrested for two murders that occurred on Mount Wesley Road in the Stony Point community on Feb. 9.
On Friday, March 15, warrants were issued for Hoover, Morgan and Miller.
Investigators were sent to Smyth County, V.A. to find Hoover and Miller. Around 4:30 p.m. they were located and taken into custody.
Around 5 p.m. on Friday, Alexander County deputies and Iredell County deputies went to Morgan's home, but were unable to find him. He was later found at a home on Three Forks Church Road in Taylorsville around 2 a.m. and was taken into custody without incident.
Morgan had his first court appearance on Monday, March 18. He is charged with two counts of first degree murder, and is being held without bail.
Hoover and Miller are at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail where they are awaiting extradition. Hoover is charged wtih two counts of first degree murder and Miller is charged two counts of accessory after the fact. They are both being held without bond.
