$5K reward in senseless murder of 20-year-old in west Charlotte

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in the senseless murder of a 20-year-old young man on Labor Day in west Charlotte. 

Police said Juordan Malik Hill, 20, was pronounced dead on scene after he was shot in the neck while standing outside of an apartment in the 2400 block of Pruitt Street just after 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3.

Police said Hill was shot while standing outside with several other people around. After he was hit, Hill ran inside a nearby apartment where he collapsed.

Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect vehicle that was seen fleeing the homicide scene on Pruitt Street on Sept. 3.

The vehicle is believed to be a white, early 1990s Chevrolet Caprice.
