CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - Six-week-old fox hound mix puppies were recently found living outside in the cold and rain in south Charlotte, according to South Charlotte Dog Rescue.
Volunteers said the puppoes were infested with the worst fleas they've seen since a field littler last summer. "Thanks to the always amazing foster team of Amy and Gary, these pups are now clean, warm, dry and flea free tonight."
South Charlotte Dog Rescue is looking for four fosters to take two puppies each in the next few weeks.
"Please consider fostering these precious babies! They are sweet and sunggly and so happy to be loved!" the dog rescue posted on Facebook. For more information, please call 877-745-7237.
