Belmont Chick-fil-A breaks lunch hour drive-thru record; 190 cars in 1 hour

A local Chick-fil-A in Belmont is celebrating after they broke their lunch hour drive-thru record this week, sending employees into hysteria. Mobile users, click here.

The restaurant said they pushed through 183 cars in one hour on Thursday and broke their record again on Friday with 190 vehicles between noon and 1 p.m. 

Chick-Fil-A shared their good news on social media Friday saying, "We did it again! Broke the record two days in a row. Today we pushed 190 cars through the drive thru between 12:00-1:00! ONE-HUNDRED-AND-NINETY! Now that’s speedy service!" 

On Thursday, the Belmont location said, "We did it! We broke our lunch hour drive-thru record. Today we pushed through 183 cars in one hour. Way to go drive-thru and kitchen team!"

Employees can be seen in the video jumping, cheering, and clapping. 

"We strive to get you, our awesome customers, in and out quickly during your lunch break," the Belmont Chick-Fil-A location said.
