ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - A man accused of abusing a 4-year-old boy turned himself in to the Rowan County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday night. Deputies said he's been removed from the Sheriff's Most Wanted List.
Brandon Scott Meeks, 32, is in custody following an investigation into child abuse that began in December 2018 after the child was brought to the hospital with non-accidental injuries to his genitals and bruising on his body.
