Carolinas, Virginia and Maryland rank among the worst drivers during snow and rain, study says

If you live in the Carolinas, it's no surprise that you've heard people can't drive when there's a little bit of precipitation on the road.

Well, one recent study says it might actually be true. Of those 200 cities, Charlotte, North Carolina ranked No. 153 and Columbia, South Carolina ranked No. 166, according to an Allstate America's Best Drivers Report. We can do better, folks!

Baltimore, Maryland ranked the worst at No. 200 directly followed by Boston, Massachusets.

The 2018 report identified which of the 200 largest U.S. cities and their surrounding suburban metropolitan areas have the safest drivers.

And during major events like Tuesday morning's snow and freezing rain, let's do everyone a favor and keep it slow and steady on the road. For more information on the study, click here
