Charlotte Fire Captain accused of pulling gun in road rage incident

A Charlotte Fire Captain has been arrested after being accused of road rage and pulling a gun, according to Concord Police and the Charlotte Fire Department.

Concord police told FOX 46 Charlotte just before 8 a.m. on Monday they responded to a road rage dispute at Concord Parkway South and Pitts school road northwest. 

On Tuesday, they arrested Charlotte Fire Captain, Brent Mincey, 37, for assault by pointing a gun. 

He was placed in Cabarrus County Jail under a $1,000 secured bond.
