CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police is asking for the public's help in locating a young man wanted on multiple charges, including failure to maintain his ankle monitor.
Police say Daquan Amad Erwin, 18, refused to charge his ankle monitor and police have lost contact with him. He is wanted for theft of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, felony breaking and entering, possession of a stolen vehicle, and for theft after breaking and entering.
Erwin is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, and 140 lbs. If you know of his whereabouts you're asked to call police at 704.432.8888 option #3 or call 911.
