There’s only one place in Charlotte where you can attend a game night hosted by drag queens one night and enjoy a free ‘white trash’ buffet and karaoke another night. The Trierweiler twin brothers are bringing eccentricity and creativity to Charlotte.

“The whole goal is just to create a place with fun vibes where anybody can come and hang out and feel like they can be themselves and have a great time,” Tyler Trierweiler, venue founder said.

The dynamic duo shared fifteen minutes of fame in 2014 when they co-starred on the MTV show ‘True Life: I’m Preparing for the end of the World.’ “The world never ended, so now we are exploring new options for life here on earth,” Tyler said.

“I personally feel like every community should have a place where people that are artistic and creative can come together and synergize their ideas and collaborate on cool project,” Tyler said.

After breaking down on an RV trip to Asheville the pair met the owner of Paint Craze, Kimmie, who shared their same love for art. The trio transformed the painting and sit bar into the ‘Dirty Hippie.’

Paint craze is their signature event. It’s an open studio for anyone who has an artistic side or is trying to kindle their artistic side.

The ‘Dirty Hippie’ hosts different themes every night of the week.
