Hornets Cut Down Nets 115-91, Move up to 8th in Eastern Conference

Brooklyn, New York-All five starters scored in double figures as the Charlotte Hornets beat the Brooklyn Nets 115-91. Al Jefferson and Gerald Henderson each scored 19 points while Marvin Williams added 18 on 4 of 5 shooting from 3-point range.  The win moves the Hornets up into 8th place in the Eastern Conference playoff race.  The Hornets return to the court Friday when they play host to the Toronto Raptors at 7 pm at Time Warner Cable Arena.
