CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46) - Baby Jude received a special visit from Jeff Gordon last week at Jeff Gordon Children's Hospital.
Jude lives with a lethal form of dwarfism - rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata.
He was admitted into the hospital for early onset pneumonia, according to his Facebook page.
The Facebook post said, "Baby Jude was surprised today by a visit from NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon, he brought him such a fun backpack full of Christmas presents. We are so thankful for the visit, his generosity and kindness. He's such a caring man with a big heart for children fighting big battles!"

FOX 46 Charlotte is no stranger to Super Jude - following his journey from birthdays - to a meeting with dozens of families sharing a similar fight with the rare disorder.
Through all the smiles, there's also a lot of tears. There are, roughly, only 50 children in the world with this disorder.
Jude was released from the hospital on Saturday, December 17, and will receive treatment at home.
