CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - A Medic ambulance was involved in a crash that sent two people to the hospital Wednesday night.
The wreck happened about 8 p.m. near the Old Statesville Road and West W.T. Harris Blvd intersection. According to Medic, the ambulance was headed out to a call when it collided with another vehicle. Two Medic employees were inside at the time.
A Medic employee and a person from the other vehicle were taken to Carolinas Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident is under investigation by Medic and CMPD.
