CONCORD, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - UPDATE: Deborah Congdon was found safe, according to Concord police.
Concord Police are searching for a missing 60-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with severe dementia.
Family said Deborah Carter Congdon took their red 2014 Nissan Versa Note without thier knowledge around noon on Wednesday and hasn't been seen since. She was last seen in at 2526 Old Plank Rd. NE in Kannapolis. It is not clear where she intended to go.
Congdon is described as a white woman, five feet, eight inches tall weighing about 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes.
She was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve t-shirt with "Big Dog Bar" on it in black and white letters, blue jeans and brown slip-on sandals.
