One person found stabbed at QuikTrip in south Charlotte

One person was stabbed and located at a local gas station early Wednesday morning in south Charlotte, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police. 

Officers were called to the QuikTrip located in the 100 block of E Woodlawn Road at 5:41 a.m. in reference to an assault with a deadly weapon. 

As officers arrived to the scene, they located one person with a stab wound. They believe the attack may have occurred at another location. 

So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation remains ongoing.
