Police: 1 in custody in deadly arcade shooting in Salisbury

One person is in custody following a deadly shooting that happened at an adult arcade over the weekend in Salisbury. Family members tell FOX 46 that warrants were issued in the case Tuesday. 

The shooting occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 21 at Fishzilla Arcade located at 1812 E. Innes Street. 

Upon arrival, police located an employee, identified as James Davis AKA "Milkbone", 45, with apparent gunshot wounds to his chest. Davis was transported to the hospital where he died about two hours later from his injuries.

Davis was a father, with children ranging from three years old to 26. He was from Albemarle but was living in Salisbury at the time of the incident.

He had only been working at the adult arcade, Fishzilla, for a few months. 

This case remains active and open.
