Police arrest woman in Salisbury arcade murder

Police have arrested a woman in connection to the weekend murder of a man at a Salisbury arcade.  

Dedric Michelle Mason, 42, has been charged with second degree murder in the death of James Christopher Davis, 45.

Davis was shot several times at the Fishzilla Arcade at 1812 Innes St. in Salisbury just after 1:00 a.m. on April 21. He was immediately taken to Novant Health Rowan where he was pronounced deceased by medical personnel.

Mason was taken into custody at her home in Salisbury without incident. Her bond has been set at $50,000 and her first court appearance is set for April 26.
