Police ask for public's help in murder of 35-year-old Charlotte man

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police 

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public's help with providing information that may lead to a suspect in a deadly shooting that occurred on Monday. 

Melson Kawon Quince, 35, was found shot to death around 8:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18 near Club Nikki at 3001 Little Rock Road. 

According to CMPD, there were were a significant number of party-goers at Club Nikki on the night of Quince’s death. Detectives are looking for any photos or video taken during the time surrounding this deadly incident.

Detectives provided a photo so that anyone who may not have personally known Quince, but would be able to provide information, can help. Anyone who has any information concerning this case to call 704-432-TIPS and speak with Homicide Detective Lyon.
