Police: Facebook meeting leads to armed robbery of York man

A York man was meeting a woman he met on Facebook when he was robbed by three men, according to Rock Hill Police.

Rock Hill Police responded to Constitution Blvd. on Sunday in reference of a suspicious person. When officers arrived they found a 21-year-old man who told police he was meeting a woman from Facebook to smoke at the Boyd Hill Center. 

When he was walking up to the woman three black males began walking towards him, one had a pistol and pointed it at him, according to the report. The report says the victim tried to wrestle the pistol away from him and was hit in the head by another man. 

The suspects took the victim's shoes, car keys, and cash before leaving. This case is still active, according to police.
