Bruce Garmon, 30, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
On Sunday, demonstrators gathered in front of Bank of America Stadium in Uptown Charlotte for another round of protests over the fatal police shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott.
This round of protests came just a day after Charlotte Police Chief Kerr Putney released dash-camera and body camera footage from the shooting.
