Police: Missing 27-year-old Charlotte man found

UPDATE: Cooper Robertson has been found, police say.


The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 27-year-old man. 

Family reported Cooper Robertson, 27, missing at 12:18 p.m. Saturday, April 20. He was last seen leaving his home located in the 2700 block of Oakmeade Drive, walking during the night of April 18.

His family is extremely concerned. Robertson was reportedly experiencing mental distress when he left home. Robertson in the past has visited parks and wooded areas around his home and in the area of south Charlotte, family told police. 

He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, around 150 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt and grey track pants.
