Puppies dumped by jogger in below freezing temps

A family of three puppies have been rescued after they were carelessly dumped by a jogger in Charlotte, according to the Greater Charlotte SPCA.

The three pups, Staush, Prokob, and Eudokija, were reportedly abandoned Tuesday by a jogger in below freezing temperatures.

"They would have never survived the night. Thankfully, we have truly amazing volunteers who came together to rescue them," Greater Charlotte SPCA said.

Once checked by a vet, and given clean bills of health, they will be available for adoption.
