ROCK HILL, S.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - Police are investigating after a three-month-old died in Rock Hill.
Just after 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7, Rock Hill officers were called to Chamberside Drive after it was reported that there was an unconscious baby at the home who was not breathing.
Officers initiated CPR until EMS arrived. The baby was taken to the hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
The Rock Hill Police Criminal Investigations Division and the York County Coroner’s Office are investigating. An autopsy of the child is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
No other information has been released at this time.
