SC man got teen high on marijuana then sexually assaulted her, police say

A York County man is facing multiple charges after he reportedly got a young teenage girl high and sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions, according to police. 

Eric Lavar Allison, 36, is charged with four counts of third-degree sex/criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. 

The incidents began in November 2017 near Thanksgiving and continued in the summer of 2018 with the most recent offense occurring in Jan. 2019, according to the police report. 

The police report states Allison would get the young girl high on marijuana before sexually assaulting her, which would include kissing and other inappropriate touching. 

The victim told police during these attacks she would tell Allison to stop, but he would never listen. She also claimed Allison was high from weed during most of the assaults. 

Allison is currently being held in the York County Jail under $43,000 bond.
