SC teen accused of posting sex video with 14-year-old on Snapchat

A student at South Pointe High School is accused of putting a video on Snapchat that shows him having sex with a 14-year-old fellow student.

Julius Nichols, 17, is charged with first degree criminal sexual misconduct in the case.

Rock Hill police say the act took place in December 2018 on the second level of the school. According to the police report, the 14-year-old told police the two met upstairs during class and started kissing and then Nichols began to take her pants off.

The teen told investigators she said no, but was eventually convinced by Nichols to have sex. She stated during sex she started to feel pain and pulled away from Nichols.

The 14-year-old was later told by friends that she was on Snapchat having sex with Nichols. She told she had no idea the video had been taken.
