Sheriff: Woman held against her will; could be headed to Winston-Salem

The Wilkes County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a man and a woman who deputies believe is being held against her will.

Deputies were called for a domestic situation on Thursday, April 18 and discovered that Rosalino Duarte-Cruz, 37, may have dragged Lauren Hall from her house.

They said the two had an ongoing relationship, but believe that Hall is being held against her will.

The suspect, Duarte-Cruz, may be driving a 2016 Chevy Camaro LT with a NC license plate # TPD-8339, according to the sheriff's office, and could be in the Winston-Salem or Yadkinville area.

Duarte-Cruz is currently wanted for kidnapping and assault.
