Syrian family finds refuge in Queen City

They're the first family from Syria to arrive in Charlotte as refugees, but it hasn't been an easy process.

Abdulah Hariri and his family fled from Syria to Jordan three years ago.

Thanks to the help of the UN they had a chance to move to America.

With five children, the family had to leave everything they knew behind in hopes of a better life.

The Catholic Dioceses of Charlotte has a refugee re-settlement operation that is helping the family settle in.
