CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - The Carolina Panthers faced off against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago Sunday afternoon.
The Panthers offense had a rough start with the Bears scoring two defensive touchdowns in the first quarter; one following a Panthers fumble, the other thanks to an interception.
A 36-yard Panthers field goal put the score at 14-3 early in the second quarter, but the Bears also tacked on another three points, leaving the score at 17-3 at the half.
The game remained fairly uneventful throughout the second half with a couple of close calls, but no additional points scored.
The Bears took the win, bringing the Panthers season record to 4-3.
