Report: Panthers made pacts with workers over inappropriate Richardson conduct

At least four former Carolina Panthers employees have received 'significant' monetary settlements as a result of inappropriate workplace comments and conduct by owner Jerry Richardson, according to a report released on Sunday by Sports Illustrated

SI reported that the conduct included sexually suggestive language and behavior, and on at least one occasion directing a racial slur at an African-American Panthers scout.

The settlements reportedly came with non-disclose requirements forbidding the parties from discussing the details to anyone.

The Carolina Panthers declined to comment to SI beyond their statement that was issued on Friday.
